The CPSI (Centre for Public Service Innovation) held the 15th Annual Public Sector Awards Ceremony, and we are happy to announce that National Treasury’s SCM ICT programme emerged a winner!
ICT-Works Contact Centre staff fulfilling their mandate in OCPO Contact Centre contributed immensely to the victory, as expressed by SCM ICT Chief Director, Mr. Schalk Human to Keith Rams and his team. “We won – thanks to you and your teams effort. This is primarily and firstly due to you and your staff taking a stand at the frontline – this prize is for all of us.”
