The Transport Team proudly attended the launch of the LAMATA ITS (Intelligent Transport System) Implementation at the end of last week. This saw the successful roll-out of Phase 2 of the Lagos BRT project, in which ICT-Works played a key role as part of the IVU Consortium. Working with LAMATA (Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority), our partners IVU and an in-country partner, we were responsible for setting up a commuter service that will make a difference to an average of 150 000 commuters per day, over the key commercial route between Ikorodu and Tafawa Balewa Square.
