Earlier this year, ICT-Works was proud to sponsor the Standard Bank Top Women Awards’ Top Gender Empowered ICT Company category. As a previous winner of this prestigious accolade, as well as another Top Women Award the year before, acknowledgment of other companies that are making great strides in this arena was a natural fit for the organization. During the interview Sindi also talked about some of the other initiatives that the company is involved in to increase opportunities for young people to enter the industry, which includes supporting of educational initiatives, work-readiness programmes for young students as well as our various Corporate Social Investment undertakings.
